Why Change Now?

Our sector of industry has, up until now, been very successful.

However, the external environment is becoming increasingly tougher on our industry. Sales for many are falling, with patent expiries and tightly squeezed Payers’ budgets.

What makes projects work effectively?

Why don’t these things work sometimes?
For many reasons.

Firstly, succeeding in business is hard! People are very busy and often stressed.

Secondly, most people get their jobs because they are experts or specialists in one subject. Quite rightly they focus on this and it's sometimes difficult to collaborate with others who have a different expertise and work outlook.

Thirdly, because the barriers that stop projects working are often invisible. They are difficult to locate and pin down.
