Why are trusting partnerships so important?

Most companies these days could not operate in any other way than as a network of alliance partners, CROs or other suppliers. Basic common sense says that we agree clear contracts and timely delivery schedules. But in our sector, the only certainties are that things will change unexpectedly as our project proceeds!

As things shift, unplanned-for events needs different tactics. we simply cannot plan for everything. In our view the only way to manage without major disconnects is to build trusting, win-win relationships between you and partners.
