One of the key learning tools on the course is the 'Roadmap' – this is a graphic representation of the pharma value chain. At any point during the course, we highlight which point we have reached in business / milestone terms and we can illustrate the range of functional activities that are occurring at that time.





Typically we give participants a colour wall poster of the road map, that is used as a table reference guide on the course and can be pinned up back in the workplace.







On the course we can feature the ways in which companies typically make project and portfolio decisions at major milestones. We can customize the course to reflect as much of this as you wish and we can also explain your own decision-making bodies, milestone terms and some key examples.
