John Faulkes

John is an organisation and team performance development specialist from Sussex, UK. His background is as a scientist in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He's worked with organisations worldwide in a variety of industry sectors.

His particular interest is working with culture change - changing behaviours across an organisation in order to change and achieve new goals.

He also has much expertise working with complex organisations - those which employ cross-functional project/line structures, are made up of people with widely varying disciplines, or are bureaucratic, changing, and highly political!
