One to One coaching

We firmly believe that real change and development comes from a coaching approach, or training with coaching follow up.

By coaching we mean that objectives, increased awareness and learning/action plans are developed by people themselves. This fires up motivation and is much more likely to achieve permanent improvement. Our guidance accelerates learning and focuses it.

Team Coaching

We have considerable experience in working with project teams, and helping them make dramatic improvements to their ways of working. Much can be achieved with a series of relatively short sessions – increased role clarity, stakeholder analysis, improvement in decision processes – as well as defusing conflict and cross-cultural misunderstandings.

One to One coaching

In small or medium sized companies it is common for functional scientists to pick up project leadership roles without the opportunity for much training, or shadowing others. Probably the most stressful challenge is the feel of the of work - from a functional role emphasising control, technical deliverables, line management - to one of business responsibilities and leadership of a range of experts over which there is no direct authority.

We are trained coaches, and can help people act with confidence and belief, to put any training they have had into practice, as well as talking through their uncertainties.
