Client Case Study: BTG

We are currently working with BTG Pharmaceuticals, who are a medium sized company working on a variety of novel drug projects in conjunction with a range of alliance partners. They have operations in the US, UK and Japan.

Up until now, projects have been organized informally, and based within the R&D operation. Now however, the company is growing and needs to include all functional disciplines into formal projects. It has a positive, action-oriented atmosphere – our job is to help them turn good into excellent.

We are working with a leadership team sponsor as well as the project managers to streamline the organization, clarify roles and responsibilities and formalize decision-making processes for several of the key projects.

We are combining online team profiling, project leader coaching and project team workshops into a comprehensive intervention designed to meet the needs of the leadership team as it moves forward.
